At closing owner said we were to work with assigned worker from that point on. Worker wouldn't put many items on closing walk-thru list including areas on walls, ceiling, baseboards, closet doorframes & shelves with no paint. Many walls not textured correctly leaving streaks. Worker stated there was a builders list items were already on but they were never fixed. 2 electric outlets had live wires hanging out; took several weeks to get fixed. The worst builder I have worked with so far. We got hooked up from Ariel Homes with this builder. Nobody told us when we signed the contract who the actual general contractor would be. If we would have known we probably wouldn’t have bought the lot. We did a home inspection after the whole thing was over and got a 88 page report with missing or done wrong stuff to fix back. Our window frames were completely scratched up on the inside and outside on all windows. The response of the builder was a little paint bottle to fix it.... read more
We built our home in 2020 with Parasol.They were great to work with and did a wonderful job. Parasol was and continues to be responsive if we have any questions. If we ever build again, it will definitely be with Parasol Properties!
