As always, my experience at "A Caring Dentist" located in Wesley Chapel,Florida is exceptional. The office staff is kind and always greet me with a warm smile, and ask me "How are you today?" I had a really bad experience at this dental office and honestly just want to share it so people can do with the information what they will. I made a new patient appointment for a cleaning and exam. When I got there, they took x-rays, which were probably the roughest x-rays I've ever had. Then the dentist came in, looked at the x-rays, and started pointing out all these little things that she said needed to be taken care of. Everyone is very nice and look out for my needs and don't try to talk you into something your not sure of.They let you think about it.
Called to try to set up a new appointment as a new patient, receptionist said they’ll let me know if I need to pay for a deep cleaning upon arrival. I said I don’t want nor need one and they said it’s up to their discretion. Never been to a dentist that doesn’t let the patient choose the services they want.
Explain to maintain teeth by brushing twice a day. Use correct tooth pick remove stuck food.
