I had the most thorough inspection and cleaning I have ever experienced. She was great!
Dr. Patel and her staff are amazing! From the time you walk into the office you are welcomed with a friendly, smiling face. The office staff is warm and inviting. Dr Patel takes her time and explains diagnoses, shows you in the xrays and intra-oral photos where the cavities are. I was having discomfort on my lower left tooth, I called the office and was able to get in the same day. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warmth and kindness, setting a positive tone for the entire visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the appointment, I was kept well-informed at every step. Leaving after 8 years…not the same practice with the new owner. The previous dentist and his staff were wonderful (that is where the good reviews are from). I saw Dr. Patel and didn’t care for her personality at all. She claimed I had 3 cavities but I had zero 6 months before so found it hard to believe. I asked that the other dentist (name started with a T) do the fillings…She had trouble even finding one of the “cavities” so I do not believe it was even there.
