Currently working with an attorney to get this company to live up to it's leasing terms. They state all deliveries should be made in the back of the Memphis Fulton Plaza. Then they allow Family Dollar to run over all the other tenants in the plaza by allowing full size semi trucks to unload in the front of the building! Yeah, screw your parking, who cares about the parking in front of the store you pay rent for, as long as precious family dollar gets their way and doesn't have to abide by the rules. If you want to pay a premium for rent and get the minimum in return, this is your place. Look elsewhere if you want a reputable place to lease a building from. I can't begin to tell you in a short review how many problems I've had with them. Do your own research and read the other reviews.
