This was my first time visiting the Paramus Hyundai location for a scheduled oil change. Overall, my experience was just okay. The service advisor seemed more focused on upselling additional services that didn’t appear necessary. He tried to charge me $185 for the oil change and another service, without clearly explaining the details or asking questions about my vehicle. He didn’t ask why I chose Paramus or try to understand my needs—he just mentioned, “Every dealership is different,” and continued pushing for more add-ons. ... read more
