Went for service was asked to go to this room reminded me of timeshare pitch really unwanted. John my service technician did a yomans job really took time to find problem where other service centers couldn't.

I’m from NYC and was driving to NJ when my dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. I found my way to Englewood Buick and was told upon arrival by both Lenny and John the manager that they were too busy to look at the car. I pleaded with them stating that I’m not from New Jersey, it’s raining cats and dogs, and I’m worried that I won’t be able to make it back home to NYC. Had cruise control fixed, rear break pads installed, rear brake rotor re-surfaced and air filter replaced. They also pointed out and re-moved a nail in one of the tires that I was unaware of. The service manager was courteous and professional and the price was reasonable.
Joe Lubnewski was my salesman and I would recommend him to everyone.. He's. Great guy that really worked with me to get what I want.. First salesman that actually cared for the customer and did not just trying to make a sale..
I've been to several service department in my day, ranging for japanese car makers to ford and Volvo. None of which can compare to the quality of people that work at Paramus Auto Mall Chevrolet.They treat you like a person not a number. I came in for service on my 2004 Chevy Impala with no warranty left. They took excellent care of me as well as my car.
