Back in the day as I was a young adult, this building WAS well-kept: both interior and exterior. Due to the rehab of the units, my parents and I were blessed to live in a newly constructed apartment while the South side units weren’t even being renovated then. This is the ghetto, live here at your own risk. Neighborhood is sketchy. The building is sketchy as well. There are no security measures in place, protect yourself. Anyone can come in and out of this building. Your packages will be stolen if left outside and stolen if they are delivered inside right in front of the camera! I see why many ppl are moving out, can’t wait till my lease is up!

This apartment is not what it use to be. Been living here for 18months, but I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up. My fiancéé and I had over $2000 worth of packages stolen from us, including packages for our child. Consistently reported it to property management, but they just gas light me about the situation. My car was broken into several times. Just a bad experience.
’Ms. Chandra Lee is absolutely nothing short of amazing! I am so excited to write out this review because every time I see Ms. Lee, she is bursting with energy and makes me feel welcomed every time I come into the office. Her smile and demeanor draws me in and I really appreciate her always grabbing my packages for me and assisting with me as well when they’re a bit heavy. You all have a wonderful employee! So grateful for Ms. Lee!!!
