I enjoyed my stay at the knotty bear. It was so close to everything & the house itself looked amazing. It felt like home. South lake tahoe is the place to be
Rental was decorated nicely with big screen tvs throughout but no cable or satellite. Floors were filthy and the master bed appeared to have been slept in based on all of the human hair and other bits of dirt and filth. Calls and emails to the property management company “Grand Welcome” to help resolve the uncleanliness issues were ignored. Will never deal with them again. Good luck if you do
Stayed at Evergreen Estate. Very unpleasant experience pretty much from the start. Wifi password didn’t work, no landline phone cord ( phone was dead prior to arriving), garbage disposal and dishwasher had broken glass, corner table was broken, No outdoor lighting for deck because we were forced to choose what to use the 1 propane tank on. Only one of three propane tanks (2 for bbq and 1 for outdoor light/heater) needed for use were provided leaving us only able to use one bbq vs. 2 for a large family of 18. Place was excellent, location, set up of the house, clean, and spacious. 1 small negative point, as we arrived noticed Fulton seat broken, emailed to concierge and never got a response. Other than that place was awesome.
