We were looking for a specific vehicle for work and came across one here at Paramount. Jesus is who we dealt with and he was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed about the vehicle. They gave us a good offer and we made a deal happen. Delivery was delayed some because of weather, but that was out of anyone’s control. We received the vehicle and it was just as good or better than described. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend them to someone.
Had the best experience with Paramount Volvo of Hickory! From the first form of communication from Britt Wright I was impressed. Being in Sales myself I took some notes! Cole in finance was excellent! I was very impressed with how personable everyone has been! Defiantly will be working with Britt and Cole for my next vehicle!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Volvo dealership. I scheduled an appointment, brought my car in to have a specific part fixed, only to show up and find out absolutely nothing had been done. When I came to pick up my car, nobody knew what condition it was in.
