Fox provided effective communication about our options via phone and text prior to arrival. We were able to commit to a deal that we were happy with, apply for financing prior to arrival, and keep the delivery experience as short as possible. A great experience!
I took my 2020 Volvo in for regular service, but I asked them to check an added issue that I had concern about. They kept me fully informed throughout the visit and confirmed my concern. I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the recent service I received at Paramount Volvo in Hickory, NC. On July 11th, I had my vehicle towed to your service center due to a check engine light and “reduced engine performance” warning, which left my car in limp mode. I trusted your team’s expertise and approved a $2,500 repair based on your diagnosis, expecting this would resolve the issue.
