I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the recent service I received at Paramount Volvo in Hickory, NC. On July 11th, I had my vehicle towed to your service center due to a check engine light and “reduced engine performance” warning, which left my car in limp mode. I trusted your team’s expertise and approved a $2,500 repair based on your diagnosis, expecting this would resolve the issue.
