I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Volvo dealership. I scheduled an appointment, brought my car in to have a specific part fixed, only to show up and find out absolutely nothing had been done. When I came to pick up my car, nobody knew what condition it was in. They told me they needed to order a part that wouldn’t arrive until the following week — something they never bothered to call, text, or email me about. This was our first Volvo purchase at Paramount. Deal was done via text. We received a very fair final price. Sara was incredibly responsive. The pick up was seamless. Sara made sure our new vehicle was set up properly and we understood the operation of the vehicle. Zack handled the warranty and it was all with electronic documents. Fox provided effective communication about our options via phone and text prior to arrival. We were able to commit to a deal that we were happy with, apply for financing prior to arrival, and keep the delivery experience as short as possible. A great experience!
