poor customer service. waiting 2-1/2 days for them to phone a prescription in to cvs. called twice with no luck.

Drove 2 hours to be met by a horribly rude employee. No Covid tests. No consideration. We were yelled at and ordered to leave. Wow. Lack of signage. No organization. Beware of heading here.

My husband I had a horrible experience with this paramount location. We went to go get COVID testing, a PCR test so we could travel outside the country a couple days later. It started with a bad attitude from the Nurse and when we complained no one seemed to care. We did our tests on Monday and needed our test result by Friday. On Thursday morning, the day before our scheduled overseas trip, that same nurse calls me and tells me that our tests were invalid per the lab and it must be redone. used to be a good place, not anymore. charged is 270 dollars for 2 motrin. ridiculous
Very quick, organized, clean and both personal and professional at the same time. Well staffed and the doctors and assistants really cared.
Treated very well. Took care of problem. Didn’t have to wait forever.

The fact that we are waiting over an hour for a drug test is ridiculous. were not being seen by a doctor so theres no reason to be having to wait an obscene amount of time. there is at least 3 nurses and 3 people just sitting and talking about life behind the desk🤦♀️🤦♀️ you shouldn't have to wait hours to go pee in a cup when you only need a tech or nurse to assist you.
