Just purchased a new addition to our installation truck fleet from Paramount, and Luciano was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful tracking down a van that suited our needs, and made the entire process as smooth as glass! Even when there was a small issue discovered under the cargo carpet more than a week after delivery, Luciano was out to personally deliver a replacement mat within the hour!
