I wish there was a place for giving this apartment complex a zero, it’s roach, infested rat infested the other tenants don’t give a damn everybody is nasty, when you report incident to management, they either don’t respond or it takes them forever to respond. We no longer live there thank God, but when we did leave, we had to leave everything, we couldn’t take anything with us because of the roaches. We were there during Covid when landlords weren’t supposed to raise the rent our rent got raised twice.!!!

We've had 5 leaks in our apartment since moving in this past July. There are leaks happening throughout the building. Management is aware that the pipes need to be replace, but will wait until they leak and cause a mess in your apartment to replace them. (It's the pipes for the fire sprinklers.) The manager did not inform us that this was happening before moving in, even though they were aware. They tricked us into thinking everything was working. (Warning: Pretty long Review) -If I could give this place 0 stars I would and I hope this review could help someone avoid this trash apartment complex . My mother moved to this apartment complex 4 years ago and within those 4 years, I have lived there for 2 years. I have seen this complex go through 4 different management companies since my mother moved in 2014 & several property manager changes.
