I have had a very disappointing experience with Sam King. My attempts to clarify a $629.80 activation fee for building insurance were met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. My inquiries were ignored, and he refused to provide a breakdown of the fee, instead telling me I was wasting his time and I should escalate the matter.
