Instead of telling why you should or shouldn’t trust Paramount, I’ll just tell you my experience over the last 10 months. First, in training for Chico’s you are told things that aren’t quite accurate & you will find out once out of training. Right out of training our hours were cut significantly & we were told that it was due to adherence when in fact it was not & I confirmed this a month later with Tyler he said it was actually that Chico’s was not busy. They never answer your emails . When you apply for jobs online they never reach out. It's almost like they get a kick out of ignoring you.
