Sewing Machines I purchased a new sewing machine from paramount and have been very happy with it. It was reasonable priced, they made an appointment with me and showed me features the machine had that I would not have known with out them showing me. They also offer to clean and check my machine within one year of purchase.
RecommendedGreat service! Really nice people! I have purchased 5 machines over the years from them and have had great adventures in sewing with them. Nice selection of fabrics that is growing all the time. New larger store is a delight to shop in!
The new store is very spacious. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful with all of the products featured in the store. There is something for every sewer/quilter/crafter out there. Parking plentiful.
I have nothing but good service and no problems with my machine when it has gone in for service.
I took all three of my crazy kids in with me to have repairs done on my sewing machine. the staff was all wonderful and kind despite my toddlers meltdown/ s. Basically I would recommend this shop to anyone. Great customer service. No nickle and diming. Just awesome.
Troubles with my Bernina today. They graciously diagnosed the problem, taught me a little bit more about my machine and let me take my sewing machine home at no charge. REALLY? I'll be back and so will anyone I know that has a sewing machine.
Beware of paramount club they charged me a 1000.00 over charge for a749.00 machine The lady said the 3year warranty and club were free The machine is going back tomorrow lucky that I never unboxed it Make sure you look at your receipt before you leave the store
Great place. Everyone there are nice, but Banner is excellent. I got my sewing machine there and it's great
