Awesome steak tartare. Cool vibe. One of our favorite spots in the city. Been frequenting Paramount Room for years. It's a true gem.
Had to stop in upon hearing that they would be closing at the end of September. Nothing short of a spectacular experience. The poutine was the absolute best I have ever had and the atmosphere, decor, menu, and drink/draft list were spot on. What really made the experience exceptional...was our bartender Danielle, she was amazing. One of the best Bars in Chicago. The food is exceptional and an eclectic choice World Flavors.
I liked the intimate party room downstairs. The bartender was okay. Very straight to the point and not too social. The drinks were so so. Not much liquor mostly juice. I probably wouldn't return but it was an okay couple hours for what it was worth.
