Update: I hired Brandon of Paramount Roofing to replace my roof 3 years ago, and he presented me with a certificate that stated he was a certified installer for Certainteed shingles, which included a 50 year warranty on the roof. He also provided a 10 year warranty for his workmanship. When my skylights and roof started leaking, I attempted to contact Paramount Roofing regarding the leak to claim the warranty. Originally it was 5 star, but they never followed through on providing the promised 50-year warranty. Numerous communications have gone unanswered for MONTHS. Price doesn't matter if there is no actual warranty on the roof. STAY AWAY!
Worst company ever came and gave an estimate and gave them a check for $2430 for supplies and demo and they just dissappear with my money and ghost 👻 me so now I get to go to small claims court and fight for my 💵 money. Also I'm elderly and feel they are working on elderly scams.
Brandon Sullivan, the owner of Paramount Roofing & Remodeling has not delivered proof of the promised warranty for my roof after 6+ months. I have repeatedly requested this from him, and there is an excuse every time as to why he hasn’t delivered it. This warranty was discussed several times and used as a selling point.
