Excellent job. Crew was very efficient. Evan was very helpful and explained things well.
Issue: repair of gas fireplace vent (water leak) Dan visited my property to assess the situation and quickly provided a quotation for the job. I evaluated three vendors but chose Paramount for this job. Prior to the scheduled day of repair, Paramount provided clear information about when the crew would arrive at my property. Joe and Nick arrived as scheduled and did a great job with the repair and clean-up. I am very pleased with my experience with Paramount Roofing, will use again if I have an issue and highly recommend.
Salesman told me there was a problem with attic and said they can fix when roof was installed. Roof was installed and attic was not addressed. After 2 trips out to look at the attic I was told nothing was wrong with it. No part of that felt sincere. Just wanted the job "done". Edit: the owner came out. Discussed the issues and got them fixed. If that aint a 5 star company then I don’t know what is.
Their professionalism, communication & attention to detail made them a pleasure to work with. Our roofing installation was done quickly & well.
