Bait and switch tactics. Will tell you you’re qualified for funding and then drop a nuke on you at the end to somehow gather thousands of dollar in a few days. Poor communication and genuinely just very unclear on everything. Swapped lenders, some how some way I’m now back on track with a company with experienced people who actually want to help and who have resources to back up what they’re saying. I’d recommend anyone else other than this company.
These people would not stop texting and calling me repeatedly over five times in one day. When I asked Alex to remove me, she continued to talk to me as if I didn’t say it. Absolutely terrible.

I dont know what the problem is but iam.having trouble with them doing there job second level underwriters have had my file for a week she was suppose to be done looking at it Monday and still not.done iam.getting ready to change my lender if I dont hear back by Friday its been 2 months and a nightmare at this point I'm tired of them dragging there feet
