I recently worked with Matt Brei@ PRMG on a for sale by owner home loan. Matt went way above and beyond with working with us throughout the process… He is always available even on Saturday afternoons… sorry Matt!! My experience with PRMG hasn't been pleasant at all. I had to wait over 3 months and resubmit my offer twice because Elizabeth Vasquez left without notice. Eventually closed on the house.. later we got hail damage, got an insurance claim check that I had to deal with a third party to get it endorsed because it was written to PRMG as well my name but the third party lost it in the mail and it took months to get it sorted out.
