PRMG and Rajendra do not communicate with the Realtor representing the buyer. Multiple email, phone calls txt messages and voicemail went unanswered. Was constantly told the wrong or misleading status of the mortgage. Had to delay closing three times. My clients were about to be homeless and would have lost their earnest money deposit.
