Eric H and Michelle B went above and beyond for me! Answered emails quickly and missed/ignored calls were always answered by a text and a call back later. Worked after hours to accommodate my schedule. He was Amazing! Very easy to get ahold of. My situation was finicky/complicated and Eric worked Very hard for several months for me! Freedom at last! Thank you again :) Bonus- you walk in to a physical building and are met with a real human and in person. No auto-matatrd systems here.
Mr Merrill will literally do any and everything in his power to get you into a home he doesn’t rest until the job is complete. He’s very caring and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him or anyone from the PRMG company.
