Avoid this business at all costs!! First red flag, they would not allow our realtor to represent us. Which should have been the biggest red flag, and we should not have continued. We figured since the one showing the property was a licensed real estate agent, that we would be fine. That was not the case, he was representing both parties, but clearly had the landlord/ owner's interests in mind, and failed to represent us.
