Paramount Property Management, Inc has managed my home for several years. They have documented my tenant inspections with detailed reports with so many detailed photos and helped me when I had a particularly difficult tenant that wouldn't pay rent when I first hired them. They have handled situations with respect and professionalism. I continue to use them and recommend them to my friends. I have not rented from them, but my current tenants seem very happy.

While we lived in our house that paramount managed it was fine never had big issues I thought they were great until it came time to move out, they kept the entire deposite $500 said it was for cleaning and carpets...we had the place spotless im talking base boards were even wipped down and all light bulbs replaced, and we of course had the carpets professsionally cleaned! Our neighbor whose property manager is PARAMOUNT PROPERTY moved in about 2 weeks ago. My grass has been cut twice since our neighbors moved in and the property on that side looks horrible. We share the same yard and it's way over grown. The lock on the door is still on their door and the sign is still in the yard. Before the new tenants moved in the spinklers on that side ran for about 3 days straight and i had given them numerous calls and no one ever answered. This company thinks of no one but themselves. The owners are rude and refuse to answer/return calls. They steal from both tenants and property owners. Stay far away from this company. Worst PM ever! If you want an excellet PM try JPM. They care about their customers.

After terrible experiences with 2 other rental companies managing my 4 rental units, I found Paramount and boy am I glad I did. After dealing with other companies that don't return calls and can't fill a vacancy if their life depended on it, Paramount is the complete opposite. Paramount is responsive, honest, and very proactive about filling vacancies.
