Horrible place to live I give it half a star at best. They're really bad with maintenance, really slow to makes repairs and they don't upkeep your unit while you live there . I can list the many many reasons not to live here , but the main one would be your credit. They charged me 500$ for carpet damages that I didn't do, sent it to collections and my credit has been damaged due to their own negligence. Stay far away from paramount.
I visited a friend and was on the phone with paramount asking where to park and they where ticketing my car as we spoke. Terrible organization.
Have been living here since 2010 with the same fridge and oven that keep breaking and they won’t fix. They also are actually harassing me to force me to move out so they can get more for my apartment.
Never rent here the building staff won’t help with any problems you have nor will they even make it seem like they are helping
The worst, visitor parking went up.If you seek help you will get told either they can’t help you or get a piece of their mind but the maintenance crew is very helpful . There’s only one set of washer/dryer per floor beside the trash chute so your clothes will smell like trash, you can go in the basement to avoid that. The parking spots are uneven, in winter it’s a nightmare to park (it’s a joke if you have a truck).
