I put an offer on a home represented by Allyson Reynolds. During the inspection I discovered the furnace and a/c promote mold. Since I had been in a hospital a year before with lung issues,I quickly in my 10 days allowed, cancelled my offer. I had put $ 1000.00 down earnest money. This was in June 2018. Several attempts by phone by my agent, the title company, and myself have not gotten through to get Allyson to sign a release. Without her release, I cannot get my money back. Allison had the company I work for, Energy Systems, to come out and inspect the A/C for a house she was selling. We came out and fixed the wiring and had the unit running when we left. We have been trying to get in contact with her Since May of this year to receive payment for our services and she will not return my phone call.
