If you manage 291 Jamacha Rd in El Cajon? I am disgusted at the total neglect and disregard for repairs. Unprofessionalism and fraud for charging rent and not maintaining a safe and livable apartment.
My parents & I have been living with them since 2019. My parents really do not have that education background, so the property management takes advantage of the agriculture people. My parents have contacted them via phone, about several issues, and nothing was ever resolved. Until enough was enough, the roof had a tent as a temporary fix, and it was there for 6 + months. My parents & I have been living with them since 2019. My parents don’t know much about making payments online, they have been charging a late fee 2 years ago of 75 dls every month on top of the rent . The balance every month is never on 0 dls . I make sure to pay every 1st and the late fee is still applied . They charge for everything adding to the rent late fee , and other cost . So unprofessional went you tried reaching questions. They never respond or give you a call back .
Never would rent from this property management company again. Extremely dishonest. Charged me over $800 out of my deposit after being a resident for 7+ years. Trivial things like “installing a towel bar” (a screw was loose), 3 gallons of paint for “touch ups”, repair of sliding door lock that never worked for me in the first place, and 9 hours of “labor”…I had a crew in there helping me clean and aside from the carpet the place looked great.
