He came out and did get our boiler back to heating. As he indicated it needed a full service, we scheduled for him to come back out 5 days later.. He never showed up, so we called and texted him and he never responded. If you make an appointment and can’t make it, or whatever, fine. But, ghosting customers is terrible. If you don’t want to do the work for which you made an appointment, at least respond to the call or text, because what occurred was very unprofessional.

Ghosted me. They scheduled time to meet on site and never showed up. Called multiple times and no answer. Thanks for wasting my time!

My continuous hot water stopped working. Paul came out the day I called. He went directly to the problem. He was right! Genius. He didn’t even need any new parts. Enjoying our hot water now and I put your sticker on my tank! Thx so much.
