Worst Plumber ever! crap quality, does not stand behind his work. I have plenty of photos to back up my review. you could hire high school kids to do a better job. Pipes were not properly supported nor was any of the equipment. Couldn't get the gas line ran in 1 shot so we scabbed on a few sections. Scratched all sorts of finishes when trimming out his plumbing. left a pump hanging from a pex pipe with no other support. Paul was extremely helpful. We had an old hot water heater give out. Paul responded incredibly fast, great communication, very fair price, excellent work. Got us back up and running in no time. Highly recommend.

He came out and did get our boiler back to heating. As he indicated it needed a full service, we scheduled for him to come back out 5 days later.. He never showed up, so we called and texted him and he never responded. If you make an appointment and can’t make it, or whatever, fine. But, ghosting customers is terrible. If you don’t want to do the work for which you made an appointment, at least respond to the call or text, because what occurred was very unprofessional.

Ghosted me. They scheduled time to meet on site and never showed up. Called multiple times and no answer. Thanks for wasting my time!
