The pictures are of a tankless unit that I paid for and later had to have removed. The technician spent 2 days troubleshooting to ultimately go back on his word that I could have thankless. He said my system couldn't support the tankless unit. Replaced with a cheaper large tank like before. Left modified piece including holes to my exterior. When asked about the $$$ difference being refund for the cheaper unit he stated it went to the additional hours worked. Wow! I was so pleased with the excellent service I received from Paramount today particularly with my plumber Fermin. He was exceedingly professional, efficient, and provided understandable explanations of what he was doing as he determined what the problem was. What I thought was going to involve expensive repairs turned out to be a very minor issue. Fermin's skill at diagnosing the somewhat unusual issue was impressive and I was so grateful for his expertise and confident, cheerful manner.

I had to have my kitchen sink replaced and was so lucky to make contact with Madi to make the appointment. Then Nick to come out give an estimate then come back with Abel to do the work. All three of these people were so nice and understanding. Please let them know I think they are the bestest!!!!! And living in a condo I will let my neighbors know about the great job they all three did!!!!!

Fermin with Paramount Plumbing just came and resolved a hot water issue in under 5-10 minutes, very impressive work! He was very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend Fermin and Paramount Plumbing!

I called Paramount to find the source of a mysterious leak that was causing significant damage to a unit below mine, and where another plumber was unable to find the source of the leak. Paramount sent Sosa, who arrived quickly and got to work. After inspecting both units, he was quickly able to find the source of the leak (not my unit). He was also quick to provide a report, which helped the parties affected by the leak take quick corrective action. I will be using Paramount again.
