Called paramount to replace our garbage disposal! Sosa was amazing. He was very polite and friendly. He cleaned up after himself and he took the time to explain everything. If possible, I will ask for him again.
We had a great experience with Paramount Plumbing and Nick. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Three condo owners that are neighbors were experiencing back up sewage problems. Two different plumbers had come out and not solved the problem. Luckily Nick Vega from Paramount Plumbing was the next plumber. Mr Vega was exceptional! He used tools and his problem solving ability to solve the problem. Paramont Plumbing is lucky to have him If I ever have another plumbing problem I will definitely have Nick as my plumber!
PREDATORY OVERBILLING - i honestly prefer reliable heating and air for my plumbing needs but since my condo is contracted with PP i was forced to use them for a leak completely unaware of their exorbitant after hours rate. Of course they didn’t say the amount before repair because if they did I would have shut the water off until monday. Go with reliable heating and air instead!!!
