Receptionist is incompetent and rude. They will not accept new patients without insurance coverage, even if you pay out to pocket still will not accept new patients just because they do not have confirmation about your insurance. This is so ridiculous, never calling and going to this clinic.
I have been going to Paramount Physio for a few weeks now and my physiotherapist is Mike. I have gone to a few different clinics in Brampton and nothing compares to the care I have received at Paramount. Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful. He will explain everything to you and answer all your questions. I have noticed a significant improvement in my shoulder. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with Mike.

I had an excellent experience at Paramount Physiotherapy in Brampton. I was treated by Mike for an MCL sprain, and he also helped address the compensatory pain I developed in my other leg from putting extra weight on it. Mike was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my treatment plan and exercises. He monitored my progress and adjusted the treatment as I recovered. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The clinic has a great atmosphere.
