My water-heater needed to be replaced, and PHI Group handled the replacement. It took a little time, but I truly appreciate how well they handled the project. Michael was prompt and professional. Introduced himself at the door and offered to wear protective equipment while walking through my home. He remedied the sink clog quickly, and treated my property as if it was his own. Left the work site area clean. Would like him assigned to me for any future service calls. Thank you.

PHI Group - Plumbing Repair I hired PHI Group to repair my main water line just over a year ago, and to my disappointment the newly installed line ruptured in less than 14 months. Their workmanship warranty was only valid for one year, so I had to file another claim under my home warranty policy. Since the problem reoccurred in the exact spot of their previous repair, I initially considered using PHI Group to evaluate the problem. We had insurance for our water line and they would cover 100% of the cost. PHI Group or whatever they are called tried having us pay $2,500 out of pocket to replace the water line. The PHI Group employee (owner?) tried many times to scam us to pay out of pocket. This company's business practices are very questionable, and I don't recommend anyone else use this company. If I had the option of giving no stars I would.
