Originally seemed very professional before a problem accrued. PHI Group came out to originally address a clog in my shower drain. After snaking the drain turns out I had a leak coming from my pipes due to old wear and tear and rust. The leak was right over my furnace, hvac system. They informed me I had to remove the HVAC system myself before the repair. Fair game. They recommended a company that tried to rip me off just to move the HVAC system and after finding my own contractor, they pushed my appointment out after already... read more

Thank god didn’t even make the appointment. Called once we missed call, never showed or called back. Reached out to reschedule said he didn’t want to do the appointment!l
