We had a WONDERFUL experience with Robert from Phi Group! He was very professional and courteous. But the thing that made him outstanding was that he was patient- he took the time to really listen and ask questions to figure out our plumbing issue in bathroom. This group works with Home Serve (home warranty). #HomeServe called this company to fix a clogged toilet. We had already been dealing with the issue for 5 days before the technician arrived, so of course the toilet could not be left clogged any longer. When he came, he did not even attempt to clear the clog with a toilet auger or any tool. Originally seemed very professional before a problem accrued. PHI Group came out to originally address a clog in my shower drain. After snaking the drain turns out I had a leak coming from my pipes due to old wear and tear and rust. The leak was right over my furnace, hvac system. They informed me I had to remove the HVAC system myself before the repair. Fair game. They recommended a company that tried to rip me off just to move the HVAC system and after finding my own contractor, they pushed my appointment out after already... read more
