Originally seemed very professional before a problem accrued. PHI Group came out to originally address a clog in my shower drain. After snaking the drain turns out I had a leak coming from my pipes due to old wear and tear and rust. The leak was right over my furnace, hvac system. They informed me I had to remove the HVAC system myself before the repair. Fair game. They recommended a company that tried to rip me off just to move the HVAC system and after finding my own contractor, they pushed my appointment out after already... read more

The HomeServe home warrantee company contracted with PHI Group to repair a leak in the exterior main water line to my home. The PHI service team successfully completed the repair by pulling a new copper line from my yard to the house. The local water authority has inspected and approved the repair, and we are grateful to PHI Group and HomeServe for their professional and thorough completion of the water-line restoration project.
