Homeserve had PHI contact me to deal with a leaking pipe. Giovanni came right on time and did an excellent job replacing a very old pipe. He was friendly and professional and I would definitely use them again.

My experience with PHI group was great Roland and his partner was very professional and very pleasant.. I was so happy because i had been thru alot with this same problem and no seem to fix it i am very happy that they got to the bottom of it. Thank you so Much

I did not have a pleasant experience with PHI. The service technician was very rude. I asked him to leave before he started the job.

Phi Group works with HomeServe as a plumbing contractor. HomeServe called this company to fix a drainage blockage at my property, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. On the first day, they attempted to open the blockage and not only failed, but also caused sewage water to backflow into my bathtub. The horrible smell filled the entire house, and I had no choice but to book two hotel nights for my tenants because the home became unlivable.
