RecommendedToday I went for a shoulder clinic. Having had shoulder surgery and Physical therapy, it piqued my interest when I saw class info. I must say this young man is not only a consummate professional but thinks outside the box of conventional therapy! He was very knowledgeable and compassionate to the older folks in the class and answered every question thoroughly. For these reasons I am willing to drive from Shrewsbury to Newton and highly recommend Paramount Performance Rehab
I have been going to PPR for several years now. Russell is terrific and really understands the body. He is patient , professional and always encouraging! I highly recommend PPR!!!!
Russ is an amazing trainer! I lost 12 lbs in the first 6 weeks. I was able to covert 10 lbs of fat to lean muscle over the summer. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in better shape.
Russell is a super coach and extremely educated. I can't wait to checkout his new facility!
