Went there today and there was a situation where I noticed someone’s card was declined. The way the staff handled it was horrible. The main lady in the front with glasses was very rude and kept saying it was declined making her feel uncomfortable because she was loud and drawing a lot of unwanted attention. THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The only great thing about this place is the man John. He is very friendly, and great at designs!! If you go here (which you shouldn’t), ask for him!!
