Joe Green at Paramount is awesome. Very caring about finding the right mortgage instead of just the easiest. Gets to know his client and does a great job of making everything make sense.
Total ripoff!! Decided not to pursue loan. Having prepaid for appraisal 600.00 Which never happend. They are completely incompetent or unwilling to give me a refund. And absolutely incapable of putting you in contact with customer service. If in fact customer service actually exist!! No one ever answers the phone. I'm glad I decided not to get my refinance through Paramount.
