Went to Paramount and Rawan was serving us. Honestly, she just made everything feel really easy and comfortable from the start. We got the chicken shawarma and a mixed grill, and both were actually really good, fresh and full of flavor. She checked in at the right times and had such a calm, friendly vibe that made the whole visit better. Definitely one of those experiences that makes you want to come back. Thank you!!
Edit: in response to management’s comment- we did not seat our selves. We were seated by your server who said “I will be right back to take your order” and never came back. Service has gone down horribly. Didn’t even try the food because we sat there for 10 minutes with waiters going back and forth and no one took our order so we simply walked out. Train your new staff to have some respect for your customers
