I was really disappointed with my experience at Paramount Fine Foods. The shawarma was not prepared properly and lacked the flavor and quality you would expect. It felt like the person making it didn’t have proper experience. Unfortunately, the food was far below standard. I hope the management looks into training and consistency.
We have visited this location multiple times and have always love the food. It has been our family's go to place many times. However, our last visit left a bad taste. We visited on a Friday evening, place was busy but many tables were empty. Upon asking for a table, the host rudely said the wait is 15 mins. Upon asking about empty tables, he said in a condescending tone that they dont have cutlery (really?) and wait is going to be a minimum of 15 mins. I ordered 1 kg of baklava from Uber Eats after seeing the beautiful packaging shown in the menu photos. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different and very disappointing. The baklava arrived in a torn box with a ripped piece of paper on top saying “Ramadan Mubarak.” It looked nothing like the proper, festive packaging advertised on Uber Eats. I’ve come to this restaurant several times now and, each time, the food is absolutely phenomenal and the staff are so beyond kind, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. I feel so excited to walk in here and am always in a countdown until my next visit. I can’t say enough positive things and HIGHLY recommend this delicious restaurant that has employees that above and beyond.
We loved this place. We went there for Iftar and we had a wonderful host. He suggested we have the Iftar for 2 and OMG, it was a lot of great food for a great price. Thank you so much, Almas, for being patient and welcoming with us.
