First class fraud! Tried to get an apt from them and they stopped communicating once the deposit amc app fees were paid. Tried to get in contact on loving day anc they wouldn’t respond. Ended up losing the home because they didn’t communicate until days after and kept docking me around for my deposit and app fees. They ended up dropping communication altogether after agreeing to give me my money back, then taking that back am saying they will look into it. I Do Not Recommend Paramount as an HOA Management Company. As an owner/resident in a community that is managed by Paramount the issues with management company have outweighed the benefits. Payments miss applied, communication is sparse and incorrect at times, and the follow up on resolution is terrible. Keri sends snarky and rude emails, WHEN she replies. Very happy with this property-management company! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the maintenance department is great to work with and always responded to maintenance requests very fast. The contractors they send to fix issues are likewise friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Paramount has been a great experience. They take awesome care of their tenants. I’ve been here going on 7 years, I love it here.
Paramount has been managing my property for three years now and I wouldn’t have anyone else! They actually CARE about me as a client and my tenant/property! All the staff are attentive and prompt with solving any issues that might arise. I highly recommend this company.
