I was a tenant at Hillcrest Apartments for more than 2 yrs. I had moved in from San Francisco and the apartment was exteremly dirty! The toilet had not been cleaned. I had no option but to stay there as I had just relocated to South bend. Now I am no longer a tenant with Paramount but they are refusing to pay back my deposit of \$350/- .
