We had a positive experience with this company. Our log home is beautiful and well built. I liked having the option to customize the floor plan and finishes.
I am more than frustrated with the work on the log home. The accountability that was taken for damage done was non existent. Employee damaged brand new patio furniture, spilled stain over driveway, stain sprayed on outside lights. clear Glass vessel sinks were attached to quartz countertop with white adhesive in globs that has discolored to tan and red which is visible, and now the quartz countertop and sinks have to be replaced by us. Big glass window above living room cracked. Sliding glass door handles fell off. And so mu... read more
