Service, sales, ladies in the Service department where you pay the cashier, excellent. I especially like Evan in sales and Jason in Service. Keep up the good work.
Our experience at Paramount Kia was great. Michael Joseph was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, the Sportage. He gave us a lengthy test drive helping us understand the car’s features. He answered all of our questions being very patient and helpful. Rather than trying to sell us a car, he helped us in buying a car. All in all, a pleasurable experience.
I took the car in for a software recall on my car, and the Sales department came in wanting my car since it had extremely low mileage and all service records. Maintenance was always done on time and never had any check engine lights or problem. They worked on my car while I agreed to trade. They gave ma a great trade in price, and sell price. I took the car home to get my paperwork and when I got back in the car to go back it kept cutting off. I had to have it towed, and they told me it would be about 2500 to 3000 to fix it.... read more
