David is one of the friendliest and professional guys I have met. I have bought 5 cars from this dealership and I have always had a good experience. The process has never been an all day ordeal like some places.
I actually have 2 instances that I was very unhappy with the results. In 2021 I traded my 2020 Soul in for a new one. To shorten the story, for some reason the finance guy, Evan Payne, thought I was buying another Soul instead of trading. Donovan was my sales person. He drove the 2020 red Soul to the back and set me on my way with my 2021. For 4 months the bank I financed through kept harassing me to pay payments on the 2020.
