Fixed up my Rolex that needed service and the crown put back on. They also fixed an old Seiko of mine. Good service from Lucas and Shelia and Fernando the manager.
No fuss. No annoying sales person trying to upsell. Lucas was awesome!

They had to send my Rolex off three times, two due to the band being put on backward/upside down by their factory and instead of giving me a discount, offered me five hundred off the “next time” as if I’d want to again (in five years or so when it needs) with that kind of gesture. That said, the watch finally got repaired but for four times the amount I usually paid before I moved for the same service. They also fixed an old Seiko of mine and that was good service from Lucas and Shelia.
