This place is the worst place to buy jewelry from. I was lied to and told that the diamond I was purchasing and paying more money for was natural and in fact is lab grown. I got my ring appraised and to my surprise I had a lab grown diamond that was suppose to be natural. I went back to speak with the girl that sold me the rings and she tried to say that it's a real diamond but when I said natural she had to admit it wasn't natural. I’m a loyal customer and shop here often, and once again, the team went above and beyond. I needed to replace a piece of jewelry that held a lot of personal value, and they took the time to locate it and have it shipped to the store just so I could repurchase it. Their care and effort truly made my day—it meant more to me than they probably realize. Exceptional service, as always!
