Everyone is always so helpful and polite. We have been buying jewelry from Paramount for 5 years. Rings, earrings, watches, kids earrings….
Very friendly people and very good service
Barbara and Payton were amazing. They helped us find the perfect ring for our engagement. We ended up picking something we would’ve never picked, if it weren’t for them encouraging us to try new things we would’ve never found the perfect ring! They also took care of our little baby Weston so we could really look at the rings and decide without interruptions.
My husband and I have been customers of Paramount for years and have purchased several items from earrings & necklaces to watches & rings. This time we went into Paramount to pick up my ring after some needed alterations as well as to inquire on a trade for a new ring. And while we could not come to an agreement on the trade, the manager still gave me a great discount that I could not pass up on a ring that I found while in the store. The customer service is always awesome at Paramount!!!
