I went in to get my ring and earrings cleaned while I was shopping at the Cielo Vista location in El Paso. John showed me some diamond stud earrings at my request. We discussed lab grown verses diamonds, and he helped me pick out the perfect pair of earrings. John was professional, friendly and lovely to work with. He made me feel very comfortable with my choice. I was a first time customer today at Paramount and I will shop with John from now on. Thank you for a wonderful first experience at your store!
I am so incredibly happy to have found Paramount Jewelers! I brought in a bracelet that means the absolute world to me for a repair.
