My now fiancee and I stumbled across Paramount Jewelers a few months ago while looking for a potential ring type. Once we had entered the store Alex and his assistant had greeted us immediately. When Alex made his way to us, my fiancee had given him our situation and desires of what type of ring she wanted. We were promptly given a quick lesson by Alex on what the different cuts of diamond were, what made them shine the best, and the different sizes. Alex is the worst so called professional you could imagine. We first agreed to take monthly payments off my card at a certain date. After several times of him taking the money on the wrong day and several times of me reminding him. We decided that I would make the payments myself. Then suddenly out of know where Alex once again decides to withdraw money out of my account with no authorization or warning completely out of the blue. I would not recommend his services to anyone
Incredible service . Business not advertised as a repair but he gladly assisted me with putting a pin in a difficult citizen watch and was not going to charge . No way after that effort will I let it go unpaid . Incredible service, friendly and professional . Will definitely return when I need more jewelry .
Alex took the time to find the right jewelry i was looking for and then had the piece customized to fit my needs.
