It was a shot in the dark, I called Paramount on a Saturday at lunch time, and was planning to set up a paid consultation session for my family's immigration applications. Due to the timing and my availability during weekdays, it didn't work out. However, Tracey, the lady who answered my call, was extremely kind and knowledgeable.
