Carl Roth was awesome helping my daughter buy her first car! He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really took the time to walk her through everything without making us feel pressured. You could tell he genuinely wanted her to feel good about the decision. Made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

This is an excellent dealership. The sales team are all wonderfully helpful. I dealt with Carl. He’s very knowledgeable and happy to do anything within his power to get you the vehicle you want. I’ve had my vehicles serviced here for the last 20 years, and can’t say enough about the excellent service they provide. I highly recommend all aspects of this dealership!

The dread I had for going to a dealership and buying a car was not warranted in this case. The price was fair, the process easy and smooth, our salesperson, Samantha Scarbrough, was friendly, easy-going, and a good communicator, making what can be a stressful life event much easier. The finance guys were also easygoing and friendly. I have had a great experience working with this dealership. Very knowledgeable staff. Dylan Burns was my sales rep and answered any questions I had, super friendly and honest. Patrick assisted me with finances and was also great. Good team here at Paramount Hyundai Hickory.
