We were visiting Hickory North Carolina and had a problem with our Santa Fe SUV and we stopped by Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, N.C. to let them see what the problem was. I'm giving it 1 star because there's no -5 option. My experience with this service was terrible. They gave me a report stating that they had inspected the entire car and that it was in excellent condition, as it should be. However, when I got home, I immediately noticed that the decorative wheel caps covering the axle were missing. I then checked the coolant level, and it was also low.
