We had a cockroach in our room. I caught it and covered it for the hotel to collect. I had to approach management twice to be told if they move us to another room they could not guarantee it would be roach free! We would have to pack the room up, come back at 1600, no care, apology nor empathy. I was given a slip to email senior management. Whereby a temp resolve was met.
