I don't know how this hotel got 4 stars. The rooms are ridiculously tiny. I know this is the norm for Manhattan, but other hotels make much more efficient use of limited space. The tv in our room didn't work, and it was pretty much impossible to get someone to come fix it The room is clean, but everything is cracked and faded and basic basic basic. I would recommend staying away from this overpriced hotel
We checked in today and it’s been a horrible experience with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room has hair every where ; the bath tub drain was clogged with a lot of hair. There is trash under the bed, the inside of the toilet is black & there’s rings around the tub. Just filthy, we asked for trash bags for the trash can in the bath room and room service said “we don’t have any bags”. All of the lights don’t even work in the room. Just pathetic.
Really clean, Great location and views.
There was garbage on the floor of a couple of the elevators (one pictured). Shame on whoever put it there. However, I don’t want to stay at a hotel in this condition.
