Came to New York for a vacation during spring only for a couple of days, so this was a great place to rest. However, that is pretty much all it was good for. Lobby is inviting and vibrant. The locket staff at the front desk were efficient and kind. Unfortunately, only 2/4 elevator were operating. The other two were stuck at the 1st and 19th floor. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We told them around 5 PM that our AC was 80°. They said that they would have someone come up while we were gone six hours later we come back to our hotel so we could go to sleep to find out that the window was propped with the a trashcan. I called three times no answer. I finally got a hold of someone that works for them online, she transferred me to the receptionist. The room is quite small about 109 sqft. Tiny bathroom. Reasonably clean. We 1 little spider- beetle touring the sink. Harmless but not invited. TV is spotty with 5 of 7 channels were newsie.Electrical plugs are few and overused without USB charging. Bring a charging block. Only 2 of 4 elevators worked the entire stay with a nearly full hostel. AC in our room did not work. Front Desk number does not answer and only 1 water/ice room on the 4th floor. Hotel of horrors. The room looked nothing like the photos: tiny, no space, and a very small bed. The door didn’t close properly, the shower was clogged leaving standing water, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Service was terrible: they make promises they don’t keep and constantly give excuses. I would never have booked this hotel had I known the reality. Without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I do not recommend it at all.

Very disappointed with my experience. We were told that luggage storage was free, but when we came back to collect our bags, we were asked to pay per bag, for only two hours and per person. This shows a clear lack of transparency. Additionally, the staff, especially the man in charge of the luggage, was not very friendly and quite unpleasant. This is disappointing for a hotel that should provide better service.
