This is the worst hotel I have in my life. Poor facilities including a bed only can sleep one person but charged with double bed, the AC looks like broken with huge noise, not mention only one trash can, no cups
I recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel Times Square (Confirmation #FCBRHX) and it was an absolute nightmare. There was severe, nonstop construction noise right outside the hotel that made it completely impossible to sleep or rest. The hotel management never warned us about this known situation prior to our arrival, nor did they offer any solution or a room change to mitigate the deafening noise.
