I am so thankful for the caregivers! In our hour of need, when we thought we weren't sure how long we would have my father, Interim quickly allocated a nurse, a physical therapist and an occupational therapist to come visit us and begin the journey to better health with my father. Together, he and the nurse set a goal for their time together. It wasn't just a matter of her coming to give him care. Today, several weeks later, he is stronger and better able to "do life" and for that I am truly grateful..
I went through several home care agencies to take care of a dying relative before I found Home Instead. Home Instead was the most professional, showed the most integrity, and had the best home care aides. Home Instead always did what it said it would do, and we never had a home health care aide not show up. They promptly answered the phone and dealt with any issues or questions.
My dad is totally disabled from a stroke in 2014. I take care of her most of the time but there are times when she needs medical care at home such as bed sores or bad sores on her legs. Paramount Home Visit Doctor Service is always there and ready when I call. All nurses seem to be well qualified to take care of her needs. It’s good to know that Paramount Home Visit Doctor Service is there when I need them.
During the last few weeks of her father's life, the team did an excellent job taking care of him. Thank you, Liz Mayer, and Rusty, his weekend nurse. They made a formidable team. As he moved from life to death, they made Dad feel at ease and kept us informed. During such a vulnerable time in a family's life, they showed us love, care, compassion, and heightened sensitivity, which we will always be grateful for. I'm grateful. This hospice company receives our highest recommendation.
