So I had to call on them again due to another A.C. issue. Lo and behold 2 days later it worked! Still wanted them to come out and check but elected to call to report just an hour before appointment. Alan rectified the simple issue merely by text messages and pictures. God bless Alan for his genuine kindness to just want to help people out.!! IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS, I TOTALLY WOULD!! 2026 Update: main house unit (compressor) gave it's last run. The original system must have been 25 years old, decided it was time. Alan and Ty sized up a new complete two stage system and we couldn't be happier with the install and performance of the unit. Have used Alan and Ty since 2009. They are great!
Good people need recognized! Allan went above and beyond with his help and assistance. Going out of his way to help our company late on a Friday night.
