I wasn’t really sure how to answer this one. I recommend it because if you get James he goes above and beyond and will walk you through all the options before jumping into the most expensive thing there is. We had a brand new furnace and AC unit out in this past June 2024 and the AC worked all summer until recently when we had a guy come check it out he said we have a pressure leak and now if we want to fix the issue they want us to shell out $3000 after we just paid $15,000 for the whole replacement. 9/25/2024 STILL receiving emails/phone calls from him. What part of take me and my family out of your database can you not comprehend …..we will never support or endorse you. Never. I have repeatedly asked to have my contact information taken out of his business contacts for OVER 5 YEARS now after he treated myself and other family members like garbage and here were are still receiving professional phone calls from him through blocked numbers. Good service and communication from the office and the technicians
Hunter was my technician and he did a great job. Courteous, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he explained everything as he went along. He was able to diagnose the issue with my ac in 5 mins of being here. No gimmicks, no sales pitches, or up sales. I appreciate that. It was great to have someone who knew what they were doing come and repair my equipment and do an honest job.
Hunter performed the scheduled maintenance, being on time, very polite, seemingly efficient and informative. We will see you in the late Spring when it is time for AC check up!
