This place is scary! My mother was terrified while there. She was neglected, treated with heartless impatience, and they even forgot to feed her twice in the short time she was there. I took her out in less than a week, but they kept our money and refused the full refund they promised, even when Medicare paid fully for their services. They are not good caregivers in our experience; they do not treat families with honesty; and they will take and keep every dime of your money they can. They treated my dad well – My dad was there for over two years. You'll never find a perfect nursing home, but I was always satisfied with it, and I probably went to see him there 3 -4 times per month. My mom is there now. I never want to be in a nursing home, but if I have to, I'll probably go there myself.

not very compassionate – although some are friendly most of the staff seems utterly unconcerned with your loved ones personal feelings. you can almost never talk to the doctor and staff is neglectful at times. I would not recomend anyone who cares at all about their loved one leave them here. They are only out to make a buck not make your loved one comfortable.
